Gabrielle Smith Designs is open Monday - Friday 12pm to 9pm and is closed for weekends/holidays. (Feel free to message me before or after the timeframes listed and I will get back to you the next business day)

No, rush orders are not available. Each design takes time along with any needed revisions. It is recommended that you place an order in a reasonable timeframe for it to be completed before or by the event you need your design for.

Before you add any custom design service to your shopping cart, a questionnaire will pop up. Please fill out each area with as much detail as possible and if you have any images or reference images please upload those with your questionnaire.
If you have any other additional information/details or changes you would like made to your design. Feel free to contact me anytime during the design process, so that I may begin making those requested add-ons/removals.

No problem at all, once you select the premade design that you like head on over to the add-on services and select the “EDIT MY PREMADE” option. Just like the custom design services you will be prompted with a questionnaire of what you would like to have changed. As well as, if you would like to add any words or text to the design (which makes it easier for you if you’re on a time crunch and need something quick and ready to go)
